1. How do I CREATE a NEW ACCOUNT? RETURN to TOP
· Select the "MY ACCOUNT" option on the Top Navigation bar (or when prompted)
· Click on the "CREATE NEW ACCOUNT " text
· Add your LOGIN I.D. (your email address is recommended), unique PASSWORD, BILLING and SHIPPING information. "Submit "
(You will need to create an account the first time you make a purchase. On return visits you will only need to provide your Login ID and Password.)
2. How do I place an ORDER? RETURN to TOP
- Begin shopping by Category or view All Items
- "Click" any ITEM to view an enlarged image, detailed product description and prices.
- Enter Quantity desired and "ADD TO CART"
- "CONTINUE SHOPPING" until you have all of the items you want to purchase added to Your Shopping Cart
- To edit or review selected items, click on the "VIEW CART" Tab on Top Navigation bar
- "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" when you are ready to purchase items
(You will be required to Login to your account prior to checkout)
- Checkout Screen 1 "CART", review your order.
- Make changes if needed "Update or Recalculate Order" then "CHECKOUT"
- Checkout Screen 2 "SHIPPING", review/update your Shipping information. "CONTINUE"
- Your ship-to ZIP code will be verified to calculate your shipping charges.
- All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Birmingham, AL
- Checkout Screen 3 "PAYMENT", select SHIPPING and PAYMENT METHOD.
- You will be required to choose your Iron Tribe Fitness location from the drop down menu. "CONFIRM ORDER"
- Checkout Screen 4 "ORDER INFORMATION", Final review of your order (includes shipping method, tax and shipping fees) The Grand Total amount will be billed to your Credit Card. "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT"
- Checkout Screen 5 "ORDER SUMMARY", Enter your Credit Card information on this Secure screen. "PLACE ORDER"
- We do not retain your Credit Card information after your order has billed.
- Billing party will display as EBSCO Creative Concepts on your credit card statement.
- Checkout Screen 6 "CONFIRMATION" Upon successful completion of the ordering process, an email confirmation will be sent to your email account.

3. When will my order SHIP and DELIVER? RETURN to TOP
- Most orders placed prior to NOON Central Time (Mon.-Fri.) will ship same day.
- You can select the Shipment Method (2-Day, Ground etc.) to ensure delivery date.
- Ground Shipping time is base on distance traveled from our fulfillment center in Birmingham, AL
4. How much does SHIPPING COST? RETURN to TOP
- After your orders? weight and shipping distance is calculated on Checkout Screen 3, you will be given several SHIPPING options.
- Select your desired SHIPPING METHOD (Overnight, 2-Day, Ground etc.)
- SHIPPING COST is visible by each Shipping Method option.
5. How do I update MY ACCOUNT information and PASSWORD? RETURN to TOP
· Select the "MY ACCOUNT" option on Top Navigation bar and LOGIN "Submit"
· Edit your Account Information "Submit"
· OR to change your PASSWORD, select "Change your PASSWORD" text and edit "Submit"
· The changes are revised instantly
6. I Forgot/Lost my PASSWORD. RETURN to TOP
· Select the "MY ACCOUNT" option on Top Navigation bar
· Click on the "LOST PASSWORD" text
· Add your LOGIN I.D. (email address) "Submit"
· You will receive an email with a link to the Change Your Password Screen. Follow the instructions provided.
7. How do I RETURN an item? RETURN to TOP
Please contact Customer Support, call or email us to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM.
Items should be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All items must be in resalable condition.
Return merchandise should be sent to the following address with the RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM:
Upon receipt of returned merchandise we will credit your card the cost of the item plus tax.
